Tasting Notes
GPS 2024 is a sweet white wine that charms from the very first sip with its perfect balance of sweetness and delicate acidity.
Its radiant aromas of citrus, blood orange and fresh apricot, accented with a subtle touch of exotic fruit, envelop the palate in a refined freshness and lingering indulgence.
Irresistible with melting blue cheeses, flavourful charcuterie or lightly spiced dishes, it offers a memorable harmony of flavours with every sip.

Harvest
Hand-harvested clusters of Sémillon perfectly touched by Botrytis cinerea at the “pourri plein” and “pourri rôti” stages.
Vinification
A slow and delicate seven-hour pressing, followed by 48 hours of cold settling at 10 °C.
Fermentation in a 4 hL Clayver sandstone vessel, allowing gentle micro-oxygenation and purity of expression.
Ageing
6 months in 300 L French oak barrels
