A return to the sources
Taking over the family estate in 2019 seemed like an obvious choice. I had grown up on this land, walked the same paths as my father, observed every gesture... This return to the roots resonates deeply within me. To the sources of my childhood first, but also to the origins of wine, because I wanted to breathe new life into the Domaine des Perchés, while drawing inspiration from ancestral practices and peasant "common sense".
I also wanted to break free from established conventions to create wines that correspond to me. A vineyard where tradition dialogues with experimentation, where each grape variety is chosen for its unique character, its intimate link with the land that nourishes it. Domaine des Perchés invites you to explore, push back boundaries, while remaining anchored in a deep respect for tradition.
We are convinced that Man and nature must live in harmony. Certified AB and committed to biodynamic practices, we see our vineyard as a vast garden to cultivate. Thus, our vines flourish alongside olive trees, other fruit trees and beehives, in a balanced ecosystem. We have also chosen to plant forgotten grape varieties or those that have come elsewhere, to harvest by hand and to follow the lunar cycles to take care of our vines. This is our philosophy: to think outside the box to produce frank and sincere wines, in perpetual reinvention.
The Domaine des Perchés aims to be a place of exchange and creation to offer a unique experience and I aspire to share the richness of this terroir that I love so much!

A Vineyard in Symbiosis with Nature and Biodiversity
With a certification in Organic Agriculture (AB) and the implementation of biodynamic practices, the Domaine des Perchés is a unique place where nature is respected and highlighted. "Here, each vintage is a reinvention, a perpetual search for authenticity, combining the balance between the terroir and man", underlines Carine Riccobono.
By following the lunar cycles, the estate combines traditional grape varieties such as Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot and promotes forgotten or atypical grape varieties of the region, such as Mancin Noir, Castets, Duras, Jurançon Noir or Syrah, which bring a unique signature to the wines.

Domaine des Perchés invites you to push back the boundaries, while remaining anchored in a deep respect for tradition. To date, 4 vintages are available:
The Perchés Rouge and Perchés Blanc vintages in IGP Atlantique are the iconic vintages, authentic creations.
Two Vins de France micro-cuvées, GPS and Rù with production limited to less than 500 bottles also come from the Domaine.
GPS Génération Perchés Sucrés is part of a long family tradition rooted in this region renowned for its sweet white wines made from botrytized grapes.
Rù, a wine aged in amphorae, respects the tradition of whole bunch vinification, in maceration.
An Exceptional Terroir for Unique Wines
Domaine des Perchés covers 20 ha including 3 ha of wine-growing on land with varied soils, between gravel, clay-silt and clay-limestone, offering a unique richness. Each of the grape varieties has been carefully selected after in-depth soil studies.
The vines planted in high density (160 cm between each row and 80 cm between each vine) promote an intimate interaction between the vines, reinforcing the quality and natural resilience of the vineyard. The vines are surrounded by more than 500 olive trees, orchards rich in varieties and meadows that form a balanced ecosystem for biodiversity.
Innovative Winemaking Practices
In the winery, Domaine des Perchés combines tradition and innovation. Carine Riccobono, with her strong winemaking philosophy, carefully selects the containers – stainless steel, amphorae, stoneware, concrete vats, or wooden cigars – so that each grape variety can best express its typicality. “Creating exceptional wines means choosing the setting that will enhance each vintage,” she adds. Fully equipped with the latest technology, the winery has precise temperature control, as well as a humidifier to maintain an optimal humidity level. A modern installation that allows the wines to develop under the best conditions, ensuring finesse and elegance of the vintages.

A Living Legacy for Future Generations
Domaine des Perchés embodies ancestral know-how enriched by a modern and committed vision. The estate aims to be a place of creation and sharing, where each bottle tells the story of a unique terroir, under the leadership of Carine Riccobono and with the commitment of her son Marius, to perpetuate this heritage.
The Estate aims to expand by integrating 40 hectares currently unexploited into the existing 12 hectares. By 2028, the objective is to cultivate 25 hectares of vines, while reserving the remaining land, i.e. 27 Ha, for plantations dedicated to biodiversity.
Soon, the Estate will also offer a wine tourism experience offering lodges and guest rooms as well as various visiting and tasting activities.

Visits
Domaine des Perchés offers wine tours lasting 1 to 1.5 hours, in French or English. You'll discover the grounds, the vat room, the winery, the history of the estate, and its production philosophy inspired by biodynamics and respect for the ecosystem. The tour also highlights the strong connection between wine and art, and concludes with a guided tasting of the estate's vintages.
Our Gîtes
Nestled among the vineyards, our guesthouse, the Chalet, offers two gîtes and opens its doors for unforgettable moments with family or friends. With a capacity of up to 12 people, enjoy a warm and authentic setting for a weekend, a week, or longer. An outdoor pool completes your stay, offering a refreshing break under the local sun.
