A return to the roots
Taking over the family estate in 2019 seemed like an obvious choice. I had grown up on this land, walked the same paths as my father, observed every gesture... This return to the roots resonates deeply within me. To the sources of my childhood first, but also to the origins of wine, because I wanted to breathe new life into the Domaine des Perchés, while drawing inspiration from ancestral practices and peasant "common sense".
I also wanted to break free from established conventions to create wines that correspond to me. A vineyard where tradition dialogues with experimentation, where each grape variety is chosen for its unique character, its intimate link with the land that nourishes it. Domaine des Perchés invites you to explore, push back boundaries, while remaining anchored in a deep respect for tradition.
We are convinced that Man and nature must live in harmony. Certified AB and committed to biodynamic practices, we see our vineyard as a vast garden to cultivate. Thus, our vines flourish alongside olive trees, other fruit trees and beehives, in a balanced ecosystem. We have also chosen to plant forgotten grape varieties or those that have come elsewhere, to harvest by hand and to follow the lunar cycles to take care of our vines. This is our philosophy: to think outside the box to produce frank and sincere wines, in perpetual reinvention.
The Domaine des Perchés aims to be a place of exchange and creation to offer a unique experience and I aspire to share the richness of this terroir that I love so much!

A Vineyard in Symbiosis with Nature and Biodiversity
With a certification in Organic Agriculture (AB) and the implementation of biodynamic practices, the Domaine des Perchés is a unique place where nature is respected and highlighted. "Here, each vintage is a reinvention, a perpetual search for authenticity, combining the balance between the terroir and man", underlines Carine Riccobono.
By following the lunar cycles, the estate combines traditional grape varieties such as Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot and promotes forgotten or atypical grape varieties of the region, such as Mancin Noir, Castets, Duras, Jurançon Noir or Syrah, which bring a unique signature to the wines.
Innovative Winemaking Practices
In the winery, Domaine des Perchés combines tradition and innovation. Carine Riccobono, with her strong winemaking philosophy, carefully selects the containers – stainless steel, amphorae, stoneware, concrete vats, or wooden cigars – so that each grape variety can best express its typicality. “Creating exceptional wines means choosing the setting that will enhance each vintage,” she adds. Fully equipped with the latest technology, the winery has precise temperature control, as well as a humidifier to maintain an optimal humidity level. A modern installation that allows the wines to develop under the best conditions, ensuring finesse and elegance of the vintages.
